Siva has been central to architecting and building Xenon ERM and today functions as its interim CEO and leads its product strategy and service delivery organization. Xenon ERM reflects his over two decades of expertise in building enterprise applications coupled with a hands-on understanding of working in IT teams in large, global environments requiring coordination, migration, and integration in scale. Starting his career with Oracle, Siva has developed technology strategies for projects on a global scale as well as service delivery teams for several Fortune 500 companies. Siva has a M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, India.

Ganga leads Finance & Administration at TekOptimize and has been central to setting up offshore development operations in Hyderabad, India. He brings expertise in Accounting & Finance with extensive domain knowledge having over 20 years of experience that includes over ten years of Oracle Financials implementation experience for High Tech and Publishing industries. Some of this expertise has also been reflected in designing Xenon with the ability to serve period-end close for Finance. Ganga holds B.S. in Accounting and a Certified Cost Accountant from India.

Eswaran leads Sales and Customer relations at TekOptimize. He has also been instrumental in building Tekoptimize's product development and support teams. Eswaran brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and services spanning several Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., India and Middle East. He built his career starting in Cisco during its high-growth years in its core IT and Finance teams where he was part of deploying and managing numerous enterprise grade applications over 13 years. Eswaran holds a B.S in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, India and Financial Accounting degree from UCSC.

Vinay leads the partner relationships for TekOptimize and oversees its service delivery organization. He brings the relevant customer-perspective to Xenon ERM through his expertise in leading PMO of several mid-size and to large programs, including leading ERM phases of 8 successful ERP 'Go lives' in the last decade. Vinay also brings over a decade of business process management experience and specializes in the innovative adaption of best practices in business transformation programs. He has been a co- founder of BPO systems Inc. in 2000 and has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Osmania University, India.

Cindy leads TekOptimize's Product Management serving as bridge between customer-facing and technical functions executing on the product roadmap. She brings over 12 years of enterprise software applications development experience. Cindy began her software career at Oracle as product manager for Oracle Receivables. She worked in a variety of roles at Oracle – leading development of Oracle's self-service financials products; directing integration between Oracle's products and tools, and subsidiary e-Travel's online and mobile applications; and defining strategy and requirements for healthcare applications. More recently, Cindy provided software and accounting consulting services to clients in a wide range of industries. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Washington, and an MBA from Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley.

Madhu has been a key contributor to building Xenon ERM and brings specialization in Middleware, Virtualization, Business Processes, and Enterprise Application Architecture. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the High Tech and IT Industry as an Enterprise Architect and has successfully led numerous Oracle EBS Implementations and upgrades. He has served as the key architect of several enterprise applications and much of this is reflected in the design of Xenon ERM. Madhu holds a Systems Management degree from NIIT and an MBA from Osmania University, India.

Yesh brings his expertise in Business Development and Marketing to define TekOptimize's market growth strategy. Yesh contributes his over two decades of experience in identifying gaps in the market and growing market presence to targeted customer segments. Yesh has been a co-founder and VP Business Development & Alliances at several software companies sell to IT: Applicast, Edge Dynamics. He also brings a senior marketing perspective having served as EVP ISGN providing software and services to the mortgage industry and CMO at Persistent Systems which focuses on software product development. He holds a B.S. and M.S. Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
